CODIFI s.r.l. – Consorzio Stabile per la Distribuzione has defined and adopted a specific Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to the Legislative Decree 231/2001. Moreover, a 231 Supervisory Body has been appointed, as an independent and professional body with the aim of supervising the proper functioning of and the compliance with the Model, as well as promoting its constant update.
Particular attention is paid to communication and training initiatives for the Company’s employees and consultants on the contents of the Legislative Decree 231/2001, the Model, as well as the way in which its provisions have been implemented.
CODIFI s.r.l. – Consorzio Stabile per la Distribuzione places the principles of ethics and integrity at the forefront of its daily activities and enhances them through the adoption of its own Code of Ethics. This Code, in line with the Global Code of Conduct and compliant with the principles and rules of conduct set out in Farmindustria's Code of Ethics, is an integral part of the Company's Organisation, Management and Control Model.
Each employee must respect and enforce the Code and strengthen its application through a compliant and responsible conduct.

The report will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and protection from any kind of retaliation and/or discriminatory behaviour of anyone who, in good faith, makes a report.
